Schenevus/Charlotte Valley (S4) defeats Gilboa-Conesville/Roxbury (S4, At-Large) 6-4 in the NYS Class-D Sub-Regional Round at Sidney HS. S/CV will play again on Friday against Fillmore (S5). Fillmore beat Ellicottville (S6) 9-4 to advance. The game will be held at Houghton University at 6 PM on 6/5 . S/CV vs G-C/R stats: Allen Osborne rips in 10 Ks on the hill in a 3-hitter over 6 innings of work for S/CV. Levi Jordan smashes 1 triple and sends home 3 RBIs. Owen Green cracks 2 hits and Sawyer Bridger scores 2 runs. David Cammer was excellent for G-C/R. David finishes with 8 Ks on the hill. He also totals 2 hits, 1 double and 2 RBIs. Garrison Ross records 1 double and 2 runs.
Oneonta (S4) defeats Bishop Ludden-Grimes (S3, At-Large) 14-4 in 5 innings in the NYS Class-B Baseball Sub-Regional Round at Union-Endicott HS. The Jackets will take on Medina (S6) on Saturday at Frontier HS at 1 PM. Frontier is in WNY near Buffalo. This is a rematch from last year where OHS won 2-1 thanks to a Brady Carr HR. Medina beat Haverling (S5) 5-1 tonight to advance. Oneonta stats from the win over BL-G: Nolan Stark gets the pitching victory. He tosses a 3-hitter with 1 walk and 10 Ks. He adds 1 HR, 3 RBIs and 2 runs at the plate. Brady Carr smashes 1 HR and drives in 2 RBIs. Maddox Imperato adds 2 hits and 2 runs. Britten Zeh stacks up 2 hits, 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Nate Woytach chips in 2 hits and 2 runs. Andrew Brechner and Chase Jervis record 1 double and 2 RBIs each. Jameson Brown scores 2 runs.
4-Cooperstown falls to 1-Beaver River 5-1 in the S3 Class-C Baseball Semifinals in Utica. Braden Rawitch and Joey Paterno connect for 2 hits each for Coop. The Hawkeyes finish the season at 12-4.

1-Trumansburg defeats 3-Unatego/Franklin 9-5 to win the 2026 S4 Class-C Baseball title at Sus Valley. A great season comes to a close for U/F. They finish with a record of 17-3. Jake Kingsbury paces the SpartanDevils with 2 hits. Levi Russell adds 2 RBIs. Gavin Nordberg goes for 5 strong innings of work on the hill.

Windham (S4) defeats Chapel Field Christian (S9) 10-1 in the NYS Class-D Softball Regional Round at Monroe-Woodbury HS. The Warriors advance to the state final four for the first time in program history. The dream season continues for WAJ! Windham will face the winner of Fort Ann (S2) and Crown Point (S7) in the state semis. They play on 6/6 at 1 PM at Plattsburgh HS. Emma Tice goes for 1 hit and 1 run. Pagen Macumber tallies 1 hit and 1 RBI. Olivia Johnston scores 1 run. Kadyn Appley and Victoria Green finish with 1 hit each.
2-Windham defeats 1-Afton 3-0 to win the 2026 S4 Class-D Softball title game. First sectional crown in program history for WAJ as they improve to 19-0 on the season. Congrats to the Warriors! Adleigh Noone totals 2 hits, 1 double and 2 RBIs. Megan Racine smokes 3 hits including 2 doubles. Emilie Hopkins cashes in for 3 hits and 2 RBIs.

Sidney Boys Bowling tops Deposit 2824 to 1620 for a MAC victory at home. Caidyn Lambrecht leads SCS with a 625. Reece Yeomans chips in a 612 and Kyle Smith curls in a 578. Justin Lanner hits a 455 to lead the Lumberjacks.
Hancock Girls Bowling trips up Downsville 1928 to 619 in a MAC clash. Aaliyah Fairbairn shoots an impressive 397 for the Eagles. Zaida Whitaker rolls a 386 for HCS.
Hancock Boys Bowling defeats Downsville 2563 to 1048 in MAC action. Ronnie Ellis rolls a 398 to lead the Wildcats and Anton Leonard goes for a 393. Tyler Allen curls in a 375.
Unadilla Valley Girls Bowling trips up Greene/Oxford 2654 to 2446 in a matchup of MAC powerhouse programs. Pyper Kneale burns in a 616 including a 243 opening frame for the Storm. Brynn Grant chips in a 604. Halia Tallett rolls a 613 for G/O.
